Close your eyes for a moment.
What stands between you and the life of your dreams?
It usually comes down to one word: Fear.

What would it look like if you gave yourself permission to dissolve that fear into energy, excitement and freedom?
What do you need to give yourself to feel the freedom of all the things you desire and all the qualities you want to feel?
In our play-shop we will look at freedom as it relates to our daily lives, our
relationships, and our dreams. With songs and stories, and some laughter, we will learn how to give ourselves permission to be, do, and have all that we desire, and to rejuvenate our body, mind, and spirit.

In our time together you will:
-
Identify what freedom means to you and how much you are expressing
that quality -
Identify what is an “it” and a “not it” in your life
-
Tools to discern the next step and support in clarifying what is yours to do
