I guide individuals or groups thru Kundalini Yoga sessions which mean yoga of awareness. The Kundalini Yoga practice involves using breath, sound and movement to invoke the body, mind and spirit to flow together in a deeper sense of harmony. In addition, I also offer Trauma Release Therapy, a series of movements to allow the body to release trauma.
Classes are open to all levels from beginner to advanced. I have and will work with kids, teenagers, seniors and those with special needs. Mat and chair yoga classes are offered, as well.
For each session, I will contribute 25% back to my spiritual home, CLF, as I have been fed so much spiritually and want to give back what I have been and continue to receive. I am so grateful and blessed for CLF. Please mention CLF when scheduling your appointment.
