James Sanborn is pleased to offer skilled Handyman services to the CLF Community. He has been a renovation/tile specialty contractor for over 25 years on the east coast. His skills and abilities include: All repairs including those that seem too small to call someone to fix; painting; tile flooring, backsplashes, shower walls; fixture replacements; minor electrical; plumbing such as sinks, faucets; cleaning services; repairs for just about anything that is loose, rattles, is cracked or broken (including furniture and toys).
As a Creative Partner with CLF, James will tithe a minimum of 10% of all monies received from labor profit (not materials, for which he never charges extra). This includes:
All jobs performed for CLF congregants and any referrals that lead to jobs.
Also, an additional monthly donation for the unexpected income collected will be added.
